Their paths first crossed in their apartment complex community laundry room. Hoping to run into each other again, Renee wrote a letter to Paul and gave it to their leasing office hoping they could find him. Several weeks later they ran into each other at party of a mutual friend and the rest was history.
Paul and Renee’s wedding day was filled with true Louisiana traditions complete with a New Orleans style buffet, a southern cake pull and a live band playing songs like “When the Saints Go Marching In.” To finish off the reception, a parade filled with masquerade masks, feather umbrellas & white handkerchiefs circled the ballroom of The Mint Museum in Uptown Charlotte.
